Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the following Polk County routes for official requests:
- Superior docket sheets: use PeachCourt or the public terminal, then request an identified record from the Superior clerk
- Court dates: check the proper court calendar and confirm the current setting with that court
- Certified copies: order through the responsible clerk or an eligible GSCCCA eCertification route
- Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, or city cases: contact that court's separate clerk because the Superior clerk does not keep those files
- General county records: use Polk NextRequest only for administrative records, not as a substitute for a court-file request
